Tomu Announces New Product Updates & Services During “Yours, Truly” Online Event

The DC-Area hospitality company and prefab lodging builder unveils 2025 product enhancements, personalization options and new complementary services for hosts and hoteliers

WASHINGTON, DC & HAGERSTOWN, MD – Tomu, Inc., a sustainability-focused hospitality company and prefab lodging builder, is announcing a trio of new offerings during its April 1st “Yours, Truly” webcast event, showcasing the next evolution of its product and service ecosystem for 2025. Each update was developed in direct response to client feedback and market trends, reaffirming Tomu’s commitment to helping visionary hosts, developers, and hoteliers bring better guest experiences to life and expanding the emerging “Experiential Hospitality” leisure travel segment.

  • New Signature Villa Floor Plan Enhancements: Tomu has updated its pre-designed Signature Villa and configurable Tailored Villa floor plans for 2025, with improvements in layout, usage, and installation optimized for hospitality operators. Among these enhancements is the new 2-Bedroom Duplex Villa, now designed to be dividable—allowing two separate guest reservations to occupy the unit independently as a Studio Suite and 1-Bedroom Suite. This added flexibility expands applicability across vacation rentals and resort lodging, while maintaining functionality as a private-use dwelling.

  •   New Material Palettes & Personalization for Individual Buyers: All new material palettes and personalization options are now available for 2025. Previously reserved for commercial clients, a version of Tomu’s Tailored Villa line will now be made available to clients purchasing individual units. Private clients will be able to either select a new pre-designed palette or upgrade to personalized selections with reservation opening after the event.

  • New Consulting, Marketing & Creative Services: Tomu is expanding beyond building into strategic consulting and launching a new suite of consulting and marketing services designed to support hospitality projects at any stage—from blank-slate concepts to already-operating properties. Services include early-stage project advisory, brand identity development, guest experience strategy, collateral design, and digital marketing.

"Innovation isn’t about guessing what people want—it’s about deeply listening,” said Chris Osaka, Chief Executive Officer of Tomu, Inc., “These updates reflect the voices of those actually building these concepts and interacting with guests”.

The online event was held Tuesday, April 1st at 1:00pm ET.
