TOMU will offer its modular-built Villas directly to hospitality developers needing multi-unit turnkey guest rooms
WASHINGTON, DC & FREDERICK, MD – TOMU announced today the offering of multi-unit developer sales of TOMU Villas, their line of modular dwellings designed for leisure and hospitality use. The line consists of a studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom floor plans that are prefabricated in TOMU’s Frederick, Maryland manufacturing facility and shipped 95% complete to the developer’s chosen site, with only minimal on-site assembly and finish work required.
The Villas, which feature 9’+ ceilings, full kitchens, and spa-inspired bathrooms with rain shower and soaking tub, are aimed at both individual buyers and developers looking for a faster solution to constructing rentable guest units
Three Villa sizes are available:
Studio Villa – 20’ x 24’ (approx. 480 square feet) starting at $99,500
1-Bedroom Villa – 40’ x 24’ (approx. 960 square feet) starting at $179,500
2-Bedroom Villa – 60’ x 24’ (approx. 1440 square feet) starting at $259,500
Pricing includes the finished modules ready to be set on-site with select customizations available for multi-unit hospitality developer sales.
