Welcome! We’ll start with learning more about your project and goals to help you determined if our Villas are a fit. For those early in the process, a refundable soft order can be placed to lock the current year’s pricing while you find a compatible site.

Once you’ve determined Tomu
is a viable option for your project, our team will review with you the more detailed site requirements and installation information needed to obtain your sitework bids and select a general contractor.

With your soft order placed and production slot reserved, our team will review your sitework plans and onboard your project lead on the install process. Any jurisdictional approvals required will be submitted and finalized during this phase.

Once your order commitment has been placed, we’ll begin staging your Villas for production to be ready once your selected build cycle begins. Approved sitework plans should be ready for construction and a completion timeline finalized.

This is when the building starts.
As your units are completed, we’ll commence deliveries of your order. Your project lead will manage the receipt, installation, complete the assembly checklist and coordinate final inspections before occupancy.
