Our Process:

Once on our waitlist, we will schedule a call to establish where you are in your project’s planning. We will walkthrough unit requirements, process, and next steps needed.

When you have determined Tomu is a fit for your project, we offer a 1-year price lock to guarantee the current year’s pricing while you find a compatible site, select your project lead, and conduct any feasibility studies needed.

This is when we get started. We’ll coordinate with your project lead to deliver documentation for your permits and have the site reviewed by our engineers. Within the recission period, we can cancel should unforeseen issues arise.

After you recission ends, we’ll move into full swing. While your project lead begins readying the site, your order will go going into production. We’ll confirm timelines for the onsite work and begin scheduling deliveries.

Once your site (or portions) is ready for installation, we’ll commence deliveries of your order. Your project lead will manage the installation, complete the assembly checklist and coordinate final inspections.

Your deposit secures your spot on our reservation list with other interested customers that want to be the first to receive their Tomu Villa. Reservations ensure we have an accurate idea of our order pipeline so we can appropriately manage the production schedule.

Yes, your deposit is fully refundable prior to the completion of your final purchase order. Should you choose to cancel your reservation, email us at support@tomuhaus.com.

No, your reservation deposit simply holds your place on our fulfillment list. This will give you ample time to find an appropriate site and work with your lender to arrange financing without delaying the delivery of your order. As your order is gets closer to production, our team will reach out and help with all the details and next steps.

Your order will be placed on our reservation list in the order deposits are received. As your order becomes closer to being fulfilled, a member of our team will reach out to you to finalize your purchase order and discuss next steps. That’s when our team will work with you on site requirements and payment details.

Reservations are logged sequentially in the order they were received. Your order will be fulfilled based on the manufacturing schedule of your chosen Villa size and the readiness of customers ahead of you to accept delivery.

We’re working hard to bring our full manufacturing capacity online. We expect Villa production to begin in Spring 2023. A member of our team will reach out to you as your fulfillment date nears to arrange the other aspects of your order and begin coordinating with your lender and general contractor.

Yes, your reservation type and quantity are fully changeable prior to the completion of your final purchase order. Should you choose to change your reservation details, email us at support@tomuhaus.com.

Yes, a confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion of the deposit payment on the next page. Upon completing your reservation, a member of our team will reach out to you for your intake consultation.
