We’ve designed our Signature Villas around emerging traveler trends as well as the rigors of consistent heavy use. All Villas features premium commercial-grade materials for durability and ease of maintenance.
To help expedite your project timelines, Villas are factory-built offsite while onsite work is happening then delivered nearly complete to your project lead for final installation.
Our Process:

Welcome! We’ll start with learning more about your project and goals to help you determined if our Villas are a fit. For those early in the process, a refundable soft order can be placed to lock the current year’s pricing while you find a compatible site.

Once you’ve determined Tomu
is a viable option for your project, our team will review with you the more detailed site requirements and installation information needed to obtain your sitework bids and select a general contractor. -
With your soft order placed and production slot reserved, our team will review your sitework plans and onboard your project lead on the install process. Any jurisdictional approvals required will be submitted and finalized during this phase.

Once your order commitment has been placed, we’ll begin staging your Villas for production to be ready once your selected build cycle begins. Approved sitework plans should be ready for construction and a completion timeline finalized.

This is when the building starts.
As your units are completed, we’ll commence deliveries of your order. Your project lead will manage the receipt, installation, complete the assembly checklist and coordinate final inspections before occupancy.

Yes! The Villa Collection is available to our non-commercial clients with no minimum order required. While Villas are not made-to-order, we fulfill orders on a first come, first served basis. To secure your spot on our waitlist, you may reserve your unit here ▸

Our Villa Collection features Tomu’s signature design aesthetic and amenities pack. A curated assortment of interior and exterior add-ons are available for individual orders with broader modifications available to our commercial clients. Specifications and optional add-ons can be found here ▸

All onsite work will be managed by your selected project lead in consultation with our team. For our commercial clients we offer additional onsite support. Once your site is ready, we’ll schedule your delivery(s) with our logistics provider to be received by your project lead and installed by their selected craning provider with final post-assembly components also installed by your project lead.
