The Tomu Villa Collection has been thoughtfully designed around the changing preferences of today’s traveler—perfect for a quick weekend away or an extended escape.
Villas are built to a standardized specification so whether your ordering a single unit or dozens, your order can be fulfilled as quickly as possible.
MADE TO SUIT
For our developer clients, we offer select re-configurations of our Villa Collection to suit your project’s needs. We use our signature Tomu material palette and fixture package and work with you to tailor the amenities to suit the specific requirements of your concept.
Semi-attached and fully-attached room block configurations are also available for higher-density developments.

FULLY BESPOKE
For hospitality clients needing additional creative control, Tomu offers the ability to fully customize your units to meet the requirements of your boutique or franchised brand.
Using Tomu’s modular architecture system, we’ll work with your development and design teams to configure your order’s material palette, floor plans, and unit orientations according to your project’s master plan.
Tomu interiors are designed to be compatible with most brand standard FF&E schedules for true plug-and-play simplicity.

Our Process:

Once on our waitlist, we will schedule a call to establish where you are in your project’s planning. We will walkthrough unit requirements, process, and next steps needed.

When you have determined Tomu is a fit for your project, we offer a 1-year price lock to guarantee the current year’s pricing while you find a compatible site, select your project lead, and conduct any feasibility studies needed.

This is when we get started. We’ll coordinate with your project lead to deliver documentation for your permits and have the site reviewed by our engineers. Within the recission period, we can cancel should unforeseen issues arise.

After you recission ends, we’ll move into full swing. While your project lead begins readying the site, your order will go going into production. We’ll confirm timelines for the onsite work and begin scheduling deliveries.

Once your site (or portions) is ready for installation, we’ll commence deliveries of your order. Your project lead will manage the installation, complete the assembly checklist and coordinate final inspections.
